We are getting a complaint that users are not receiving a confirmation of payment email. I have checked the email settings and have indicated “Yes” to “Send payment confirmation emails?”.
The transactions are going through to Moneris and the payment details are being sent to the primary contact for our site but an email is not being sent to registrants
We are using O365 in the cloud. We can change DNS if necessary but if a relay is required, we may need additional support
