Confirmation mails stay in queue

Hello,
since nearly 2,5 weeks all registration-confirmation mails are not sent. they are in the queue, waiting to be sent. I have to send them manualy. What happened?

the symbols bellow are blue. I made a shortcut (file)
at the beginning, the mails were sent automatically.

please help me to save that.

Hi there,

This can happen for a couple of reasons.

First, install the WP Crontrol plugin on the site: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-crontrol/

Then go to Tools -> Cron Events.

At the top does it stating anything about WP_CRON_DISABLED?

On that page, search for ‘AHEE__EE_Messages_Scheduler’.

Do you have 3 jobs listed there?

AHEE__EE_Messages_Scheduler__generation
AHEE__EE_Messages_Scheduler__sending
AHEE__EE_Messages_Scheduler__cleanup
