Confirmation emails show zero payment but zero balance

I am not sure when this started as I am not responsible for processing registrations but the emails we get confirming someone registered list the total cost of the ticket they bought but state 0 payment was made yet the balance is 0 (see below) but when I go to the registration on the dashboard it shows the payment. The person who processes regs complained to me about it so I told her I would ask.

Total Cost: $1,160.00 USD
Payment Amount: $0.00 USD
Amount Due: $0.00 USD

Can you also tell us the email and event that has problem. if you can go over using loom, that would be great.

Can you also share the payment method that was used, how was registration took place, was it manually through admin? or the client did the registration.
