I am not sure when this started as I am not responsible for processing registrations but the emails we get confirming someone registered list the total cost of the ticket they bought but state 0 payment was made yet the balance is 0 (see below) but when I go to the registration on the dashboard it shows the payment. The person who processes regs complained to me about it so I told her I would ask.
Can you also tell us the email and event that has problem. if you can go over using loom, that would be great. https://loom.com/
Can you also share the payment method that was used, how was registration took place, was it manually through admin? or the client did the registration.
