Confirmation emails sending before payment

I have a problem with confirmation emails sending before payment, even though I’ve set ‘Send confirmation emails before payments received’ in general settings being set to ‘No’. Any other things I’ve missed?

Also, is there a way to turn off administrator confirmation emails? We have 300 people registering for an event and don’t want emails from them all.

Hi Tom,

Are you running the latest software?

You can currently turn off admin emails. However, you could setup a filter in your email account to archive them from your inbox.

Thanks. I’ve done a test run and it is no longer happening, so it seems to have sorted itself. How do I go about turning off admin emails?

Hi Tom,

I think Lorenzo’s post contains a typo, it should read “you can’t currently turn off the admin emails”.
