The confirmation emails that are being sent have double or triple spaces between each line. Is there a way to reduce the spaces between the these lines. I would like the confirmations to be condensed in length but not in subject being confirmed.

Hi,

How are you today?

The layout of the emails will depend on the email client being used, e.g. Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, etc. However, you should have access to edit the html of the confirmation emails. No?

I am not really sure how to do that. But on different computers and different emails clients the confirmations look the same, whether its’ outlook, gmail, yahoo, or mail.

Hi, you can edit the emails via the Messages system. Go to Event Espresso –> Messages.

Then look for the message type that you would like to edit and click on that recipient.

That will take you to the messages editor. Then make changes as needed and save changes by clicking on the save button.

If you post a screenshot, then we’ll be able to share additional feedback:

Hi,

If you are using Event Espresso 3, then you can edit the message content through the general settings area of Event Espresso or via the event editor (bottom of page) if you are using custom registration emails.

Ok, after future investigation and actually printing a hard copy from each computer with different email clients, and not just looking at the screen you guys are right 🙂 as always!!!! It’s the gmail client that is making these confirmations print on three pages instead of one. The apple mail printed on one page.
