Hi, I noticed that some of my event emails are not being sent: Payment Received, Registration Approved and Ticket Notice. It varies with which participant received which email. Some received 2, some received 1 email. |

Can you explain this further? How was your email disconnected?
Which specific button are you clicking when this happens? |

I changed the password on my email, so the email got disconnected from wpmail (I think that was what it was called). I have since re-connected it. I am clicking on the “send immediately” button for messages that are marked as “failed sending, can be retried”. |

Following up with this: the confirmation emails are still not sending. I had someone register earlier this morning and I had to manually generate and send the emails. I also tried sending batch emails yesterday, but they weren’t sent until early this morning. In addition, I am having 2 events, and sent 2 different emails using the batch option (also yesterday), but both events received the same email. Is there a way to prevent this? |

So emails are sending but delayed? Can you link me to a test event I can register onto to see if I get the emails? If you don’t have a free event please create a test event with 0.00 ticket and set it to be password protected so your regular users can’t register, then just post the password here and I’ll take a look. |

Some emails get sent and some don’t, apparently the batch one (and another registration one) didn’t send until this morning, not sure what finally triggered it. Do you think there’s a chance it’s because I used a previous version (re: https://eventespresso.com/topic/notification-templates/#post-347136) that there are these errors? I will create the ticket and post it here. |
