Hi awesome plugin, just what we needed. I know this is a duplicate thread https://eventespresso.com/topic/no-results-106/ but didnt work for me or maybe im missing something. I also tried with this tutorial I know I have the ticketing add on installed and active in plugins, I have EE3, but ticketing settings menu doesnt show, tried with the shortcodes [ticket_link] and [qr_code] on the confirmation email template and nothing. Can you please help me or point me on the right direction. Thanks |
Hi Pimbo, there are a few email notifications that can be customized. Are you editing the email template through the event editor for Event Espresso? Here is an example of what that might look like: http://cl.ly/image/1Z3M3p3G1y3y — |

thanks for the reply lorenzo, im editing through EE general settings |
Hi pimbo, Since the ticketing settings menu doesn’t show, that indicates the ticketing add-on isn’t functional. Can you doublecheck and make sure that Event Espresso 3 is your active core Event Espresso plugin? Also, if you are on WordPress multisite, please make sure that Event Espresso and its add-ons are site activated, not network activated. |

hi josh, Im not using wordpress multisite, i have EE3 and this add ons active http://postimg.org/image/4v3ptcppr/ am i missing something? |
Alright, you are using the global email template option in General Settings. Could you post the contents of that email template here? Also, could you post a sample of the email that is received? If you are using an email template like this, then the links should be included: http://cl.ly/image/1Z3M3p3G1y3y — |

This is this template in general settings p>***Esta es una Respuesta Automatizada – No Respondas este Email***</p> and this is the confirmation email im getting |
The emails that you are receiving are missing content that is in the general email template so there may be a custom email template in use. Try going to the event editor and setting up a custom email template like this: http://cl.ly/image/1Z3M3p3G1y3y Another place to check is the email manager. — |

I tried with a custom email template on the event, i got the QR code but not the ticket link. http://postimg.org/image/tuvplu1yp/ |
Hi pimbo, The ticket link is in fact included within that Email. If you click on that link you will be taken to the ticket page where you can print off the ticket. |
