Confirmation Emails are sending different formats

Edited the messages template according to our branding however it sends to different types of messages. The correct email only sends out to admin, and the incorrect email template sends to registrants.

Hi David,

Are you editing making changes to the correct context within the message template?

Some messages have multiple contexts which you need to edit separately.
