You can edit the default confirmation email within Event Espresso -> General Settings -> Email Settings. ‘Default Registration Confirmation Email’ or you can edit them within the event itself for custom confirmation emails per event.
If you are looking within the EE4 tab then EE4 uses a different system (the messages system) which is not compatible with EE3.
Are these the only two emails I can edit? Because when registering for events this plugins sends out other emails to. I need those changed and translated but where can I find them?
With EE3 you can not easily modify the Admin email content, although you can translate it.
You should be able to edit emails that are sent to the registrant/attendee. Which emails are you having trouble finding?
