I have an event that occurs three times (three event datetimes for one event). So my form essentially looks like this:
The user selects a date and registers. However, when the user receives their confirmation email, it shows the three dates rather than just the one they signed up for.
Can the email just show the time/date they registered for instead of all the possible event datetimes associated with that event?
Normally the email will just show the date they’ve registered for. Technically, when they make a selection before progressing to the registration step, they’re selecting a ticket. Can you check to see that each of the tickets are set up to be related to only one specific datetime in that event? You’ll click on the little gear icon which will open an advanced option, where you can review the selected datetimes for each ticket.
