Confirmation email not sending

Since the last update of EE confirmation emails to registrant and administrator are not send/ received. Checked the spambox. I installed the plugin wp mail logging. It logs the emails as being send. But they don’t. Sended a test email multiple times. Many complains already from customers that do not receive a confirmation email.
I don’t receive any error messages. What is going on?

Hi there,

When they show in Event Espresso as sent it means that everything went as expected up to the point where Event Espresso hands the email over to your sever to do whatever it is set up to do with them, this generally means the issues is outside of Event Espresso.

When you say the last update, do you mean from 4.10.22.p to 4.10.23.p?

The reason I ask is there are no changes within the message system between those versions so just trying to narrow this down a little.

Thanks for the reply! everything is working fine again and it was a problem with WordPress itself, not caused by the plugin.
