Hi,
I’m using EE latest version-(3.1.27.p). I have a problem with sending registration confirmation and payment confirmation email to both attendee and my email address. It behave in a odd way that sometimes i get both emails to both attendee and to my email address and other time get only one email to one email address or even no emails in a particular event. My site is hosted at godaddy server. Your help is very much appreciated. Thank you

Sounds like a problem at Godaddy if your server is having email issues. Maybe there is a limit on the amount of emails that can be sent? Or maybe the emails need to be authenticated? See this post about email authentication:

HI seth; Thank you for the quick reply. I just check your reference post also. Now I can see that my contact form is not sending mails But it was working fine before i upgrade the EE. It may be conflict with the new EE version???I have few queries..
1.What do you recommend about conflict of two plugins.. re install the contact form plugin???
2. if the godady prevent sending mails without authenticating what plugin you recommend for the authenticating?
Thanks again

There are a number of good smtp for wordpress plugins available (http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/ for example), but they all do basically the same thing. You will need to have an email account set up with gmail or another service that will give you access to their smtp server. Any calls made to the wordpress function wp_mail, such as those made by Event Espresso, will be rerouted to the smtp server that you have set up, and bypassing the godaddy mail servers. It’s always a good tool to have available, for isolating problems with outgoing emails.
