We have an event on one of our websites that is £30 for non-members and free for members (logged in users)
Once a user fills in their details, it takes them to the confirmation page (example below) but price and total price is missing.
When you click to confirm the details it reloads the confirmation page (but empties out the fields) – The attendee is added to the attendee list within WordPress but the user has no options to pay or get any confirmation they have correctly registered.
Any idea why this might be happening and how to fix it.

I should probably mentioned the price and total price is empty for both members and non-members.

Hi Andre,
The site looks fine, so I am wondering have you modified the confirmation_display.php or is there a copy of an old confirmation_display in the uploads/espresso/templates directory?
Alternatively, are you running the latest version of Jetpack?

Sorry to be clear, I can see the error of the price not showing but cannot see any overt problems like javascript conflicts

Hi Dean,
Thanks for your help on this one. There was a conflict with confirmation_display.php file in the uploads file (not quite sure what the conflict code was though), I’ve taken the stylings from that template and applied it to the one in the plugin folder.
Everything is working how it should again.

Glad you got it sorted, I thought it was the templates, they are the usual suspect with this type of error.
