I have been trying to figure out how to make the multiple events (MER) work when I am using the seating chart so that multiple seats chosen through the seating chart can be purchased at one time. I have been unable to make this work without restarting each purchase through the seating chart. Can you confirm that I am trying to make something work that is not available through the software?

I may be mixing two different things. I can’t seem to make multiple ticket purchases through the seating chart and that is what I need help with now.

Hi there,
The Multi Event Registration plugin does not work with the Seating Chart add-on, but you can set it up so customers can select more than one seat per transaction if you set the “Allow Group Registration” option to Yes under the Event options box. This will allow for multiple ticket purchases per transaction through the seating chart.
