Hello all, Got an issue with a website I created for a customer last week.
If they choose to create an event that allows for group registration, the “Confirm Registration” button is not clickable after they enter their details. However, I have discovered that if group registration is disabled, the “Confirm Registration” button works as intended. Here is a link to an event that allows event registration. If you go through and only put in one name and go to the next page, the “Confirm Registration” buttons do show up – but are not clickable: http://www.pinotandpablo.com/events/?regevent_action=register&event_id=2 And here is a link that has the group registration disabled. If you fill in your details and go to the next page, the “Confirm Registration” button does work: http://www.pinotandpablo.com/events/?regevent_action=register&event_id=3 Any help to correct this problem would be appreciated. |

Hi Brian, Can you try deactivating the Espresso Volume discounts add-on? The Volume discounts add-on requires that the Multi Event Registration add-on is installed. While it may not be the cause of this specific issue you are having, it shouldn’t be active without Multi Event Registration active and will at least remove one of the JavaScript errors from the page and will help narrow down the issue. |

Hi Josh – I just updated to the newest version of Event Espresso. Now, if I hover the mouse over the “C” in “Confirm Registration”, there is a hand that appears – but if I hover it over any other part of that button, it disappears. I also disabled the volume discounts and that didn’t change anything. |

Also – this is the same behavior that is now occurring on the other event that doesn’t have group registration. You can hover over “Con” of “Confirm Registration” but no where else in that button. Certainly would cause some big confusion amongst visitors if they don’t know to hover only over the “Con” of the button. |

Brian — There’s some kind of clash between the themeroller styles and your theme and I can’t quite track it down. What happens if you disable themeroller? It should use the default input/submit buttons (it might not look as pretty) which I don’t think should have that problem. |

Yep, that seems to have fixed it. However, there is now some text that is on top of other text on the Verify Registration page. Not sure why it is doing that either. Almost there! |

Had to go in and modify the CSS of the template. There was a: .header{……} For some odd reason, when looking at the source code for the table that is displayed on the confirmation page for Event Espresso, it uses: class=”header” For the table headings. No idea why this is done – but at any rate, I had to change around some template CSS to get it to function properly. |

Hi Brian, I checked and I could find the text on top of other text. Can you post a screenshot and let us know which browser you’re seeing this on so we can investigate? |
