Everything was working fine, suddenly today I discovered my guests are unable to confirm their registration because the button doesn’t work for some reason when it’s pressed nothing happens, also suddenly I am unable to add a featured image to the event, please check the link below.. https://www.nomadarabia.com/event-registration/?ee=111 Thank you |
Hi Bander, I checked your site and some of the issues on the registration page appear to be happening because the jQuery library is loading via a CDN instead of from your site, and that’s not allowing the jQuery library to be loaded via https. It may also help to temporarily switch to the default WordPress theme and deactivate all non – Event Espresso plugins. |

I see what you are saying, I updated a plugin two days ago “Jquery updater” and I guess that created a conflict, now I went back and I deactivated that plugin and everything seems to work fine now, could you please double check for me and if we are all good we can close this thread? The link from yesterday won’t work because registration is closed but you can try this link instead |

Notice how in the shopping cart, there is some piece of code showing?? is that normal?? Also is there any possibility that we can add our local currency to the software and a converter for paypal?? |
|
Hi, No, that code is not normal. It looks like something (a plugin probably) is inserting break tags into the hidden content, causing it to not work and to show the code. You could try disabling all other addons except EE and see if the issue disappears. If it does, reactivate them one by one and check the cart page each time (you will need to refresh that page). This should then help find the plugin causing the issue. If disabling the plugins does not resolve the issue, then please use the Theme Testdrive plugin (available on WP.org) to swap to a default theme such as Twentytwelve. This will check if the issue is theme related. |
