I noticed confirm email is a core question now and it cannot be deleted. When I test the form I see that even if I enter a different email address for email and confirm email, it works and I dont get an error message which I should. Previously, it wasn’t a part of the plugin and hence I added the question and did the validation myself. However, since the code has changed so much I am unable to accomplish the same now. It is an urgent issue and any help regarding the same will be highly appreciated.

Hello Paul,
Firstly apologies for the late response.
My gut feeling is to use Javascript to intercept the form submit button, and check that the two fields match. My JS knowledge is somewhat shaky though.
This feature (email comparison) hasn’t been included yet but we are considering it.

Add my vote for an email comparison feature, please!
Our last event had a large number of problems simply due to people making typos in their own email address. o_0
