Configure time/date of Upcoming Date Reminder

Hello guys!

Tried to use Upcoming Event Reminder and I would like to be able to pick the time a message goes out. Would also like the ability to remind attendees the “day of” an event. For example, emails going out at 7AM on the day of would be fantastic in our environment.
