Conference options related to event registration/checkins

For our conference, if I set up multiple price points for one event (i.e., 2 days only, 2 days + evening, one day only, evening only), will I then be able to track registrations/checkins per option? How many are registered for day one, how many are registered for the evening event, etc.? Or do I need to set up multiple events, one for each day/segment?
