I have conference I am working on using event espresso and I want to have the following;
Conference
Full Conference 160.00
Single Day Conference 100.00
4 Man Golf Tournament
Golf per person 65.00
4 person team 260.00
I want if your 1 person registering for the conference and also want to include the golf, they registration process would only ask for the persons name once but can pay for everything at check out.
I also want to have if one person registers for the event but allow for this person to choose to purchase the 4 man team golf ticket for 260.00 and at the registration process only ask for the person’s information for the conference but then allow for this person to add the 4 people for the golf part.
It does make sense but Event Espresso does not have the ability to selectively set questions based on the selected ticket.
Currently, you can either collect only the ‘Primary Registrant’ data (1 set of questions) or questions for the Primary Registrant AND each additional registrant (ticket) regardless of the type of ticket they select.
For the above, you could try splitting the 2 into separate events.
The conference as one event and the golf options as another event, then use the Multi Event Registration add-on to allow users to add the tickets from each into a cart, however, that set up will limit the conference tickets to 1 per person.
Would that work?
