Hello,
I created 2 form fields – both in the same question group. The first form field is a checkbox field. If the user clicks on the last checkbox, they should then be shown a text field. I have set the conditions on the text field for it to be shown if the last checkbox field is ‘contained’ in the selection.
Can you check to see if checkboxes work with the conditional logic? Do you have any suggestions? Thank you.

Hi there,
Can you send us a screenshot of:
– your conditional question
– the question group that you have your conditional question assigned to
– the event with the question group selected
– a link to the event so we can test the front-end
