Conditional Logic in registration (2015)

I have been looking around and I only have found questions from 2014, and was curious if this topic had been updated. Most of the responses say that it is a feature that is coming in the future. My client will need this.

Example:

How did you hear about us ?
Checkbox: facebook
CheckBox: friend
Checkbox: other << check this and a text area appears.

Hi Josh,

The show/hide option is not available. But you can have a “Other” question field that they can enter information if needed.
