The Experience with Event Espresso does lead to the conclusion, that the product is quit good enough, at least maybe for US Market, and the workflow does fit for those business cases.
But the differences to our market in europe and specific workflow with tax, missing straight invoice number counting, bugs with ticket bundles and new invoice calculation… and daily business and language problems in addition with complicated workflow process handling and low backend usability, our customers are also confused at frontend with too many steps which maybe can be scripted to basic steps.
At the end, to manage many details and problems we need too much ongoing manpower for the current platform to keep it running. So we will go back to a common WordPress Shop-System for future projects.
