Completed Payments showing as pending

I have my event espresso hooked up with authorize.net and although payments process fine they show up as pending on the back end of event espresso. How can I get them to show as completed?

Hi David,

Can you give us a few more details so we can help figure this one out?

1) Is this Authorize.net SIM or AIM?
2) If it’s SIM, is the Relay Response URL setting in your Authnet account set to point to the URL that’s goes to the Payment/Thank You page as indicated in Event Espresso>System Status
3) If #2 does apply here, can you post the URL?

1. It is SIM
2. The relay response points to: http://www.browardbar.org/?page_id=516

Thanks for the info. There’s a log file located in /wp-content/uploads/espresso/logs. Can you check there and see if there are any errors being logged there when a transaction is posted?
