Complete Transaction with 'Pending Payment' Registration (2)

One single registration with status “Pending Payment” even after the registrations was completed using Stripe. Other registrations are just fine.

EE4 – Version 4.9.49.p
EE – Stripe Gateway – Version 1.0.15.p

Hi HIL Tennis,

That may have happened if they lost internet connection or closed the browser before the transaction was finalized.

OK thank’s for your reply Josh. This has been the first time I noticed this behaviour since we started to use EE4 a month ago. We are using WP Fastest Cache, but have excluded all “EE” pages and path’s as described in this documentation

Well done. You could add some text to the Registration Checkout page or one of the templates from the Payment Options step to warn the user to not close the browser window until after the page is finished loading/processing.
