Which is the difference between version 4.8.25 and 4.9.23?
Which are the benefits of having version 4.9.23?

The change log for EE4 is available here:

There have been many new features, bug fixes and enhancements since 4.8.25, far to many to list here in any other format than the change log.

You asked for the advantage of using the latest version? You then have all of the latest bug fixes/features available within Event Espresso.
