I was wondering if there is a way to add comments or notes to the database of promo codes? We are using the EE4 and the promotions add on. We are using the promo codes to allow people to reschedule events they have already paid for and also as Gift Certificates. It would be extremely helpful to have an area where we could write notes about when the person used the code, when it was given, who created it and things like that. Is there a way to easily do that?

Hi there,
Currently this is not available through Event Espresso and I can’t think of a simple way to make this work, it may need custom development which would need the help of a developer, we have a list of developer familiar with EE here:

However I’ll ask if anyone else on the team can think of a way this could be done.

Premium support tokens are intended for support rather than development, often if its a snippet of code to alter behavior slightly or possibly add in an option for a feature that already exists (for example utilizing event meta within an event) we’ll do that within a support token.
However the above would require more in-depth customizations than a couple of snippets of code so unfortunately it is not something we would provide using support tokens.
