Comma in Checkbox Value

Is it possible to “escape” a comma in the list of values for a checkbox type question? In particular, I would like one of the values to be:
Vicki Ruiz, “Of Poetics and Politics”
as one checkbox value. Can this be done? I can’t seem to find anyway to write this where the comma is not interpreted as a value separator.
