Dear EventEspresso staff,

My name is Bart Roelands. One of my customers wants to make a website in WordPress, in which he can:

a) offer info about his services and events

b) sell merchandise regarding his events

c) sell and register tickets/visitors to his events.

I came across your plug-in and think this may be suitable for purpose c) mentioned above. I do however have a few questions, please.

  1. Can this plug-in work together with other WordPress additions, such as WooCommerce themes? In order to sell items I would like to combine your software with a WooCommerce theme so the customer can sell merchandise (WooCommerce) and event tickets (EventEspresso)
  2. Is there a Dutch language file available? Or (if no) is it possible to adjust the front and/or back end so Dutch customers can easily purchase tickets?
  3. Is it possible to install EventEspresso on my test website first and then move things to the customer’s website once it’s finished or approved by the customer?
  4. Do you have any refund policy (in case my customer is not satisfied with the way Event Espresso may work, it’s also the first time for me to use your plug-in)?

Thanks for helping to answer these questions.

Hi Bart,

1) Whilst Event Espresso will work alongside other plugins including ecommerce plugins, it does not specifically integrate with them. Depending on the number of products, it can be done via EE, by just using an event as a product and via the Multiple Event Registration add on they can be added to cart alongside the events.

2) Yes we have a Dutch language file that is currently 85% complete. The language files can be modified easily with PoEdit or similar software and we are always happy to get more translators and validators on board.

3) Yes thats not an issue, you can even use the licence key on the dev server and when the site is moved to the live server you can contact us and we can reset the licence key so that you can remove it from the dev server and add it to the live server.

4) As Event Espresso is a non-tangible product we generally do not offer refunds, you can read the refund policy here. We do have ways of test driving the product first: our Lite version and the Test drive system.

Let us know if you have any more questions.
