.com changed to .edu for license

I have an active license but the site was changed from a .com to .edu website and I need to have the license transferred to that domain. How do I do that? I do not see anything that will allow me to edit the domain in the profile.

Hi there,

You would usually just click to request a reset on your license key, which puts a request in to ourselves for the license key to be released, clear the current domain and re-assign the key to the current domain.

However, I’ve just reset your license key for you anyway.

Go to Event Espresso -> General Settings.

Remove the key (cut) and save the settings, replace the key (paste, the key remains the same) and save again.

That should assign your new domain to the key.
