[CO_LOGO] is not displayed in Download PDF Invoice version

We had been using [INVOICE_LOGO] in each of the HTML invoices for our events but when we then click Download PDF the PDF version the image link is broken. The logo appears in all web based pages all except the downloadable PDF.

Where do I go to fix this?

Hi there,

Usually when that happens it is because allow_url_fopen has been disabled on the server (it is required to be enabled by DOMPDF which we use to generate the PDF’s).

If you enable WP_DEBUG on the site and download a PDF do you see any errors?
