Hello,

The clipboard in the registration overview page will take you to view the registration details for that specific registration. All the actions that are available there will be specific to a particular registration.

Event Espresso needs a name and an email address for a registration. If you are not seeing any custom questions on a specific registration, then it could be that the event does not have question groups enabled to collect that information.

Hello, we haven’t changed how the clipboard functions. To clarify, each of those available actions is specific to a particular registration.

There are a couple ways to view the registration details screen and this is the screen that shows specific information about a registrant.

If you are on the registrations overview screen, then you can click through on the registration name. The other option is to click the clipboard icon under the actions menu.

When you are viewing a specific registration, then you’ll see contact details in the top right area of the screen. If there are any custom questions, then those would appear in the middle bottom area of the screen. Otherwise, none will be shown like this:

Do you have any custom question groups enabled for event for this registration? They would be checked in the questions groups area of the event editor and appear under the default question groups for personal and address:
