The error reads like this:
An error has occurred:
Your form data could not be applied to any valid registrations.
SNGPGCHC-DSNGPGCHC-PROATTINF-1251
and seems to happen no matter what event you are choosing.
I am using the latest updated version of EE4

The message occurs after clients have chosen their ticket and inputted their contact information. When the click to submit payment, the error happens

Can you try disabling the plugin Simple Custom CSS and retry please?

Are you running any caching plugins such as WP Super Cache or W3 total cache?

It seems it was the “simple Custom CSS” plug in

Hi Alice,
Thank you for confirming this, we are currently investigating the cause of this.
In the mean time you can use a plugin such as My Custom CSS to achieve the same functionality.

Hi Alice,
You can move your CSS styles to the My Custom CSS plugin:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/my-custom-css/
Just install My Custom CSS and then copy and paste from Simple Custom CSS. Then you can deactivate and remove the old plugin through the WordPress Plugins screen.
