Client Hand Off, Onboarding and Tutorials

Love your product!

Its been exactly what my client has needed but now I need to hand off the project and instruct them how to add events and manage their own website.

Do you have any suggestions to facilitate this process?

Here are the resources I will be using:

Would you advise transferring the account to the client since they will be maintaining the site and updates? Would I just update my profile?

Hi,

Yes I would recommend the documentation. Our videos are still somewhat limited at this point in time.

Regarding the account, if it is in your name but should be in your clients then you will need to speak to our sales department about transferring it over to a different account (the client will need to make one on our site (a free account will be fine).
