Client enhancement requests

Our client is asking for some enhancements. Can you please provide instructions on what is possible or what is going to require a custom enhancement?

Here are the requirements:
1) It looks like reminder emails can go out to all students before a class starts. Will it just be approved registrations?

2) Classes are removed from the grid based on ticket sales ending. Is there a way that criteria could change to the event end date.

3) Can we change “promotional code” to “Membership discount code” or something similar? It seems to confuse people when they’re registering.

– It would also help if the code box border wasn’t an almost invisible gray.

4) Is there an easy way to do attendance sheets or is it just an export to excel?

5) For some reason, when students sign up for multiple classes (maybe it’s more than 2?), no registration confirmation goes to the Registrar. (Eg see order number 105065)

6) Abandon cart emails?

7) This was an odd situation with no reserved tickets – showing 7 registrations but 8 sold. Because the class had a max of 8, we had to adjust it to 9 so that we could get 1 more registration (event ID# 34837)

Hi there,

With the Automated Upcoming Event Notifications Add-on? Yes it will trigger messages to Approved registrations.

2) Classes are removed from the grid based on ticket sales ending. Is there a way that criteria could change to the event end date.

Which gird are you using here? Can you link me to the output you are referring to so I can take a look?

On the payment options is this? Can you link me to an event I can test a registration on to view this?

That’s likely due a style from your theme rather than EE but I can check with the above link and give you some additional CSS to make it stand out more.

Can you add some details on what you mean for this?

The CSV report is the most comprehensive report we have for registrations, we don’t have another specifically for an attendance sheet, although the CSV report can be customized.

We can’t view any of your data, it is all stored within your own site’s database.

Does the admin email send but just not the registrant?

Currently, this is not a feature within Event Espresso so would require custom development.

Which payment method are you using? PayPal Standard by any chance?
