Registrations are working for me on the site currently, however from the above it sounds like you had the Multi Event Registration Add-on enabled but you no longer do.
Are you still having problems when attempting to register?
I did have it enabled. As a precaution I deactivated all plugins to get to the root of the issue – including the theme. What I found was that if I degraded my EE4 Core version down to 40.8.39 everything worked accordingly.
