this button is showing up randomly, and it doesn’t work, says Add More Attendees? (click to toggle, limit 4) and the button doesn’t work. Usually there is a drop down menu for # of how many tix. How do we get rid of this?

Hi,
It isn’t showing up randomly, it will show up when you have allowed group bookings and required some information from the additional attendees (Personal Information questions for example).
It isn’t working as it requires javascript and your site has javascript errors which will stop other javascript from working.
The main error is coming from a file in your theme called all.js.php. Whilst this may be a little technical, basically the theme is using a jQuery function that is not in No Conflicts Mode.
If you don’t fancy digging into code to fix it, you may need to refer back to the theme developer.
