Hello,
Having a similar issue that I see others have reported in the Support Forums but I’m not sure the solution applies in this case.

Most of our events are working just fine. One particular event, when you try to register, refreshes to: ee=process_ticket_selections at the end of the URL.

Event in question: http://meditationinsouthcarolina.org/events/the-love-panel/
An event that works: http://meditationinsouthcarolina.org/events/holiday-dharma-dinner/

WordPress version: 4.0.1
Browser: Chrome v.39
Event Espresso: 4.4.5

Hi Rachel,

Can you go to the WP > Settings > Permalinks page in the admin? This will flush the rewrite rules and may help.

Along with that, can you let us know if there are any plugins installed on the site that allow for setting up custom redirection rules?

Hi Josh,
I went to the permalinks page. There was nothing to change but I clicked “Save changes” anyway. This did not solve the problem.

We did have a redirect plugin, but it was deactivated. I deleted it for good measure, tried again, and it still did not solve the problem.

Other suggestions??

Thanks!

Hi Rachel,

It looks like you did some searching on the support forums but we aren’t sure what you tried yet. Two ideas come to mind here:

1) Were you recently using a caching service or caching plugin such as Cloudflare or W3 total cache?

2) Some hosts block part of the ticket selector as some of the data is optimized through base64. This can be fixed by adjusting the mod security rules. Who is your web host?

Hi Rachel,

The redirect plugin may have written some rules to an .htaccess file. It’d be good to verify whether there are some leftover redirection rules there.

Another thing you can try is to temporarily switch the Permalink settings to use the default WordPress permalink settings and see if the issue persists. This will help narrow down what’s causing the issue.
