New install
I purchased your product EE4 last week.
For starters, your EE4 product documentation is not yet complete and I can not figure out for the life of how configure a simple event registration. I have spent hours combing through your use case information and startup instructions and have not been able to configure anything other than a single event that requires tickets for admission.
I intended to apply your product for class/clinic registrations based on the use cases you presented, but none exactly match my configuration requirements. I also suspect that none are even using EE4.
Here is the goal. User must be presented with a list of possible class registrations:
Ex:
Session #1 runs May through June. Registrant may select from 4 weekly schedules:
Mondays 7pm-8pm
Wed 7-8pm
sat 1-2pm
Sun 3-4pm
Session #2 runs June through August. Registrant may select from 4 weekly schedules:
Mondays 7pm-8pm
Wed 7-8pm
sat 1-2pm
Sun 3-4pm
and so on.
They can select more than one session but can only select one schedule from eqach session.
I will need to collect some basic info from each registrant and some additional stuff…a few yes or no questions and possible some fill in questions. And chanrge them for registration…like $100 per session

How are you today?
The simple event registration is one with events and individual tickets. You’re correct in how to set that up.
About your use-case. Do registrants select one session from the available days of the week OR do they attend all the days in the weekly schedule OR can they pick and choose the days of the week?
If people choose the session and day of the week, you would create all the datetimes for all the session (regardless of the day of the week), and then you’d create a tickets such as “Session 1 Mondays 7-8pm” and “Session 1 Wednesdays 7-8pm” and so forth and choose the applicable datetimes that the said will be allowed to access. That way your attendance has limits on the number of attendees based on the day of the week and total types of tickets to sell.
If you want them to choose each from among any or all of the datetimes in a week then that’s much more complicated.
Let me know a little more of your intention.
