I’m evaluating EE for a scout merit badge clinic. In this scenario, each Scout can select two classes to take on a given day. However, seats are limited in each class. Does EE automatically track capacity as the classes fill-up? And does it then prevent more from signing up, or can we create a “hold” group in case someone else cancels?

Hi Tim,
Yes you can set a limited amount of spots for an Event. If it fills up, the event can be automatically set to closed or you can have it link to an overflow/waiting list event.
