Hello,
After the customer has registered and the Chinese Character appear ??? in the Invoice (Order Confirmation) and also the exported CSV.
Please advice.

What happens if you try to open the CSV file with an alternate program such as Open office or Excel?

Could you let me know which version you are using:
WP-admin –> Plugins. Then find Event Espresso in the list.

Hi,
Thanks for the feedback, I can confirm both issues.
I will raise a ticket to look into the PDF issue. The spreadsheet may be out of our control though.
For example if I open the csv file as Data in UTF-8 (in MicroSoft Excel 2010) I see the characters correctly – https://monosnap.com/image/DgjXnIia1IL8krUf8TRsclV7UiGY9Q
As such it might just be that you need to open it with the correct character encoding.
