Each time we have the cache plugin on, the checkout got this error. (users randomly got this, and more often when the traffic is high).
“Your form data could not be applied to any valid registrations”

Wordpress 4.9.1
EE 4.9.53
Cache plugin: SG Optimizer
Exclusion: yes, we set this per EE recommendations

Here are some screenshots
checkout error

Anything else we need to do so we can get the benefit of the cache and have EE working properly?
Please assist.

Thanks in advance.

Hi there,

You will need to make sure all of the Event Espresso events and checkout pages are correctly excluded in the SG Cache plugin’s settings. Here’s a link to their documentation that has specific instructions:

We did follow the guide and exclude the pages and we still had many errors… ??

Is Memcached enabled? If so you’ll need to disable it.

Each page load when registering onto an event is unique, any form of caching can cause problems so you need to exclude EE pages from all forms of caching.

In that case you can contact SiteGround for support with their caching plugin. If the errors only happen while caching is activated then that’s a good indication the caching plugin needs some attention.

One thing you could share with the SiteGround support staff is Event Espresso adds these three constants:

DONOTCACHEDB
DONOTCACHCEOBJECT
DONOTCACHEPAGE

Other plugins like WP Super Cache will automatically not serve pages where the above constants are set, and that may be something they can add which will make their plugin require zero configuration on your part.
