I notice that when a customer is registering with more then one attendee and check im in, all other attendees get’s checked In, is there a option to disable that ? I only want to check in who I have in front of me.
when we use the option to register more attendees in a same registration checkout can we populate primary questions answer to the other attendee? whitout having to re-enter full Informations.
The mobile app should only check in one ticket at a time. Can you check on something? When people register for this event, are they selecting the number of tickets, or are they clicking on a link to add more attendees? We can investigate further if you can share a link to the event here.
