Check out using smartphone problem

I have recently setup the event espresso on our new website ( when an individual tries to checkout after selecting tickets using a smartphone it shows.
Nothing in your Event Queue
You need to select at least one event before you can proceed with the registration process.

This is not the case when using a computer. Your help is aprreciated.

Nothing in your Event Queue, is commonly related to cache.

You need to exclude all of EE4’s critical pages from the cache:

So currently your registration-checkout page is set to be cached which is causing the above error, add all of the above slugs to your cache exclusion and it should fix it.

Check if you have plugin doing caching, Check your Hosting cache too. If you’re using cloudflare, you have to check that also.
