Hi,

I don’t understand the check-in, check-out feature. When do I need it?
Customers can register online. The payment is done in an other system.

Hi Daniela,

The Check-In/Check-Out feature is useful for taking attendance and/or making sure the attendee has a valid ticket for the event. Some event use cases also use this to prevent unauthorized entry

(e.g. someone could print out 8 copies of their ticket and give to the copies to other people. Using the app’s check in feature would prevent the others from using the copies of the ticket.)
