Charging sales tax on a flat fee modifier

When setting up an event I have ticket prices, plus an agent fee, and need to charge tax on only the agent fee. I set up my ticket prices at $25.00, used a price modifier to add the $5.50 Agent fee, I added another price modifier of 7% sales tax, but it wants to charge 7% on the full ticket. Is there a way to charge the sales tax on just the Agent Fee?

Hi there,

I checked into this and currently, the tax can’t be set to apply only to the price modifier on the ticket.

For this set up you’ll need to set the price modifier price to be inclusive of tax.
