There must be some really obvious problem but I’m not seeing it. When someone registers for the event, they click submit and the next screen shows a zero amount. They click confirm and they are registered but they are not taken to the PayPal payment screen. Why the zero ?

Sorry! I missed your reply. Emails from here started going to my spam box for some reason. I’m calling it a night. I’ll try to check it out in the morning.

Hi Jim,

Can you confirm if you are using the Event Espresso Members add on (WP User Integration) and what version it is (this info can be found in Plugins > Installed Plugins in WordPress).

Yes it is active and it is version 1.9.

But this issue has only started for the last few registrants. The previous ones it worked fine.

Jim,

Download the latest version 1.9.4 and install that, I don’t know why but it fixes this issue. You can access the latest downloads via your account page here on eventespresso.com

I don’t see it listed. Is it inside one of the plugins listed in my account?

It’s correct name is WP User Integration (generally referred to as the Member add on).

If you look in your account page on the right hand side near the bottom ,there will be a list of addons, its the last one.

I updated the plugin and all is good.

That is very strange that this plugin would cause that. But then again, I am not a developer so I wouldn’t even begin to know.

Thanks for the help. You guys totally ROCK!

Why do these updates not show as “updates” in WordPress if their version numbers don’t match?

We added the auto update feature to the add-on in the past few months. Older versions of the add-ons did not have the auto update code in them.
