Hello, I’m trying to change the ticket from the standard letter size to 5.5″ x 2″.
I found this in a previous thread:
For the Tickets, you will need to edit the espresso ticketing functions.php. On line 227 there is a commented line
//$dompdf->set_paper(‘A4’, ‘landscape’);
Uncomment it and change landscape to portrait. Only issue with this is the formatting is off slightly. To fix this I edited the simple.css file (the one I was using) to pull the document over slightly.

padding:20px;
width:800px;
margin-left:-30px; //I added this negative margin
}
But I can’t seem to find the ticketing functions.php. I’m looking under –> plugin files –> eea-ticketing –> then I don’t see it under core or templates.

Hi Nicole,
It sounds like that previous thread was for EE3, not EE4.
Can you add a link to the thread here please?
Currently there is no way to set the paper size within the EE4 Ticketing Add-on that I can see, I have created a ticket for some developer feedback on this.

I think you’re right about that thread being for EE3, as it was posted in 2012.

Hi Nicole,
Yes, that linked forum thread refers to EE3.
Your question has opened up a discussion around this, so while it’s not currently possible to change paper size, we will add this to the feature request list and it may appear in future versions.
