I need to change the registration ticket price for 52 attendees. They registered after the early registration discount deadline so their ticket prices were at the higher amount. Their state firefighter’s association agreed to pay for all 52 of their registrations as long as it was at the early registration discount price. We agreed but they had already registered. The state paid for all these registrations so now I need to go change them from “Pending Payment” to “Paid”. But if I just mark them “Paid” now it will throw off the totals for registration payments. I have read the support threads on this topic and it seems like it would really helpful to have an easy way for the administrator to change a ticket price.

Hi Remery, the ticket price can’t currently be changed through the transaction details screen. You could apply a payment with a note that says:
Event Admin – Adjusting price before payment

Then you could mark the registration as paid.
